Here’s how
Whisk the eggs, Oatly Oat Drink and margarine. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt and add to the whisked eggs. Carefully stir in the blueberries. Fry small pancakes on a medium heat, c. 1 minute on each side.
Tip!
Serve with maple syrup or runny honey.
