&ldquo;We only do oats&rdquo; is a fun little slogan we say around the office, but it&rsquo;s not 100% true. A lot of the time we&rsquo;re committing ourselves to projects that go way beyond making and selling oats.&nbsp;

This is our oat drink in ambient packaging so that you can store it at room temp. It is a great go-to product for just about everything and is loaded with a nutritional balance (protein, carbs, fiber and healthy fat* in a nice amount of each) that would make other drinks exceptionally jealous but since it is made of oats and oats are incredibly humble, well then jealousy is not an issue. When should you use it? Whenever you would use old-school milk from cows—chilled in a glass, for cooking or baking—in exactly the same amounts.

Oat base (water, oats 10%), rapeseed oil, calcium carbonate, calcium phosphates, salt, vitamins (D2, riboflavin,&nbsp;B12), potassium iodide.

Doesn&rsquo;t contain milk or&nbsp;soy. Anna says it is just about perfect.

What’s not amazing? It’s a pretty optimal option for everyday use because it has been enriched with vitamins (D, riboflavin, B12) and calcium and includes 1.5% fat from rapeseed and oats. There is no added sugar whatsoever. Instead, we have made sure that the beta-glucans** in this one are strong and handsome and, as usual, great for your heart.

At first, there was text here that said that this particular product could actually be made organic and in our humble opinion that would make it better but if we did that, we&nbsp;wouldn’t be able to add calcium and vitamins and still label it organic (only milk manufacturers can do that because they get special treatment). But then Anna pointed out to me that we can’t write that because as a company we haven’t officially decided whether or not organic is better and that for now we want to give people the option to choose. I replied that in that case, I don’t have anything to write here and she said that I shouldn’t write anything because there is nothing to question whatsoever about this product. Of course she’s right, but then again she is always right. (And just to make sure that nobody thought that the writer is using his usual sarcastic tone to get even with Anna for cutting his favorite lines of copy, I can assure you that is not the case. If you are someone who believes &ldquo;just enough is best&rdquo; this one&rsquo;s for you! It is exactly the same foamable Barista Edition oat drink that makes your coffee creamy and perfect. The only difference here is a 50% smaller carton. Well, that and the slanted rooftop you&rsquo;re used to seeing on the regular-size package has been skipped in favor of a slightly strange abundance of right angles. Actually, you&rsquo;ll find one other difference, too: There&rsquo;s less Barista Edition oat drink inside this carton. Okay, maybe that rather obvious fact didn&rsquo;t need to be mentioned, especially since it has added an extra sentence to this product webpage that is trying for a &ldquo;just enough is best&rdquo; theme, but at least the intro paragraph wraps up right here.

So, it turns out that a product&rsquo;s climate footprint is higher if it comes in a smaller container because there is more packaging material in relation to the amount of product inside&mdash;the official calculations are made per kilo product, if that makes sense. So you are a barista? Perfect. This carton of barista edition oat drink is based on liquid oats which means it isn’t overly sweet or excessively heavy. What it is, is fully foamable putting you in total control over the density and performance of your foam so you can showcase your latte art skillz, sorry we mean skills. Anyway, give it a try and see what you think. We are here for you from now on, whenever you are ready. So you are a non-barista? Also perfect. Just heat this barista edition oat drink in a container while giving it a whirl until it foams up nicely and then pour yourself a latte without milk. And if you don’t feel like a latte you will be happy to know that this product tastes just as amazing if you drink it straight or pour it on your granola or put it to work with your cooking skills. This is our super premium product that tastes amazing without doing a thing to it, but performs technically beautifully when foamed. Or if you are the kind of person who likes to add a splash of milk to your deep dark brew, this product can handle that as well without wimping out and separating. Any tea drinkers in the house? You probably won’t want to turn your tea into a foam party but don’t want any separation either. You are good from now on. The secret to this product? It’s rich in unsaturated fat and if you want to know what that means read the * below.

In order to make this product perform to the professional expectations of baristas, we have used an acidity regulator. But one thing you can be sure of is that there is nothing in this product that isn’t absolutely necessary or absolutely approved for consumption. Everything is plant-based and sustainable.

Oat Drink Barista Edition

This product is as good as it gets. Water, organic oats and a little bit of sea salt for flavor. That’s it. Then this product is packaged in a process that allows it to be stored without refrigeration. That means you can take it to the summer cottage and store it in the hall and then pop it into the fridge to chill before using. If you are familiar with our other products we recommend that you try this one. It has the potential to win some shelf space in your home.

It’s all in the oats. 100% organic oats that are grown in clean soil and spend the summer getting rained on to grow strong. It’s vegan approved, contains no added sugar whatsoever and is full of that big scientific word betaglucans* which are great for your heart.

If you are the kind of consumer who pays a lot of attention to the details, you might compare the back of all of our packages and come up with a theory that this particular product doesn’t have all the vitamins and extra calcium that our enriched products do. Of course it doesn’t. We are not allowed to enrich an organic product and still label it organic but if you think about it you can also choose an enriched product if that is more important for you.

Oat Drink Organic

Every kid’s favorite: chocolate milk — except there’s no milk! Our chocolate oat drink is full of oats instead and these oats contain protein and carbs and fibers and some healthy fat. And if that’s not enough we have enriched it with calcium and vitamins so the more you drink the healthier you grow. We probably can’t literally promise that legally, but you know what we mean.&nbsp;

Here’s a random idea I tried the other day and it was great. Shake the carton well and then pour it over your morning bowl of muesli. Crazy good. Or do what grandma used to do and heat it up for the thermos and walk across a frozen lake or something romantically Nordic like that.

The cocoa that we source for this chocolate delight is certified by the Cocoa Horizon Foundation. Those extra vitamins (D2, Riboflavin and B12) and calcium mean that you can guzzle the stuff all afternoon. That’s why we put it in a 1&nbsp;liter packaging.

If you check the ingredients list you will find that we have added some sugar to this product, but only 3,5 g per 100 ml (3,5%). The rest of the sugar is found naturally in oats. We also add aromas for the simple reason that they make this product taste great.

It's creamy and has a thick texture. With healthy fats from rapeseed oil (unsaturated) (had to say that in these parenthesis) (not sure why) (why do people do this anyway)(?). It contains calcium, vitamin D2 and vitamin B12 which is a vitamin involved with the metabolism of every cell in the human body so, if it was a person, it would be a VIP probably. If vitamins could be people. Also it has&hellip; drum roll please, not a guitar roll or a keyboard roll or a glockenspiel roll (it just doesn&rsquo;t have the same tension)(stop writing in these things)(ok)&hellip; the climate footprint is on the front of the pack so you know exactly how much CO2 it took to make this. Why don&rsquo;t other people do this?

We would prefer to use Agave syrup but it became too expensive so we use regular sugar instead. Which isn&rsquo;t a problem unless you live for Agave syrup then we can only apologise to the Agave lovers. For the same reason, we would still like to use natural vanilla flavouring but we had to use natural flavouring instead which actually gave it an improved vanilla taste profile (so that&rsquo;s amazing then)(yes)(we talked about these things already) (ok,ok).&nbsp;

We made this product for people who like the idea of waking up to find the same amazing oat drink their local barista loves, patiently waiting for them in their refrigerator so they can quickly warm it up in a container while giving it a whirl until it foams up nicely and then pour it for a latte without cow&rsquo;s milk right there in the comfort of their own kitchen, saving them from annoying tasks like finding a hairbrush or putting on shoes in order to head out to a caf&eacute;. It&rsquo;s the perfect product for recluses, coffee lovers and super independent people alike. Also, vegans, non-vegans, weekend vegans, and normally-not-vegan-but-sometimes-flexi-veggie-person-tarians. We don&rsquo;t mean to make generalizations, but we figure you came to this oat drink website to find out if this stuff is for you, so we thought we&rsquo;d get to the point.

It is creamy and has a smooth, subtle taste. But above all, it is perfect for people who don’t like extremes. Do you say things like "that's just fine" and often strive to find a “middle road"? Well, then this product is for you. It’s customized for the Swedish temperament, really.

Yes, to make it work in coffee and tea, we've had to add an acidity regulator (it doesn’t sound super cool, we know, but it's absolutely harmless). Like Tuesdays, it’s a necessary evil.

Oat Drink Semi

Are you sitting down? We now make something called Oat Drink Skinny, which is huge news if the idea of making a thoughtful choice for the planet by swapping skimmed cow’s milk for skinny oat drink sounds like something you’d like to do. Pour it in a glass and sip away while listening to Mozart and looking out a window at flowers or maybe some swans, or gulp it while watching a monster truck rally. Don’t get caught up in the details. The point is, you now have a delicious dairy-free, soy-free, vegan, 0.5% fat option in your life. Like all our drinks, it’s made from oats, a pinch of salt, water and so forth. In other words, good stuff.

Let&rsquo;s start with how it tastes. Yes, that is amazing, especially when you consider the next amazing thing: no added fat. Enjoy it as a drink, on your cereal, in your coffee, in your tea, in your smoothie. But the most amazing part might be that you can drink Oat Drink Skinny during the week, then polish off a few bags of crisps on the weekend and still get that &ldquo;if you add it up the overall fat intake is alright&rdquo; feeling. Or, the most amazing part could also be that it contains beta-glucans* (big, scientific word for soluble fiber) and is enriched with both calcium and vitamins. We clearly think everything about it is amazing so we&rsquo;ll let you wrestle with the final decision on the amazingness hierarchy of product benefits, if that&rsquo;s okay with you.

We have to be honest. The color is not great. It's pretty much municipal-office-building-from-the-seventies gray.&nbsp;That’s because of its low fat content (higher fat equals whiter oat drink). It also contains an acidity regulator so it will perform well in coffee and tea. We’d rather have added something that sounds cozier (like a summer breeze), but we had to let that go.

Oat Drink Skinny

If you are expecting this product to have anything you don’t want, you will be totally disappointed. It’s just organic oats, water, organic rapeseed oil and a hint of sea salt. That’s all. Now that you’ve read the entire ingredients list right here in the introduction section, you may be thinking we’ll just wrap it up, but there’s some other stuff to say if you don’t mind sticking around. This product is perfect for purists, vegans, non-vegans and anyone who enjoys expecting a lot from a few wholesome ingredients. You can grab a carton from the supermarket chilled section, take it home and pour it on your cereal or in your smoothies or simply gulp it from a cold, tall glass. What&rsquo;s not amazing when oats and water and salt get to work together without any added sugar? This is the product that has made us famous (well we aren&rsquo;t really famous yet) because it has a great nutritional balance and contains extra calcium and vitamins, like vitamin D which in Scandinavia is important when the sun doesn&rsquo;t shine for months on end. And while Johan our Commercial Director doesn&rsquo;t think it is important to mention that this product is full of betaglucans* because that is more important for older people, betaglucans are just as healthy and cool for kids. It is just that kids don&rsquo;t know what the word means. But they don&rsquo;t really understand what nutritional balance or healthy carbs and the perfect doses of protein mean either now do they?

Let&rsquo;s discuss the O word for a second. O as in Organic. This product is not that yet. We are considering using 100% organic oats in this product, but that would mean that we can&rsquo;t add calcium and still call it organic. So let us know what you think.
In the meantime we&rsquo;d just like to say that we use a vegetable based vitamin D2 in this product instead of D3 which has received a little too much hype recently.&nbsp;

If you check the ingredients list you will find that we have added some sugar to this product, but only 3,5 g per 100 ml (3,5%). The rest of the sugar is found naturally embedded in the oats. We also add aromas for the simple reason that they make this product taste great, which if you think about it for a second is a pretty logical idea.

Oatgurt. It may sound like the noise a jungle animal makes, but it's really a spot-on name for this product. Because just like yo-gurt, oat-gurt is amazing with granola or berries or in a smoothie or in recipes, etc. And it has a similarly creamy consistency like yogurt. Yeah, both are pretty awesome. But they are not the same because yogurt is made with milk and has no oats, while Oatgurt is made with oats and has no milk, which is probably pretty obvious, but it also means Oatgurt has unsaturated fat*— the good kind, as you may have heard. Oh, and you know how most yo-gurts come in plastic pots? Oatgurt is totally different there too since it comes in a forward-thinking and progressive pot you can recycle like paper. We considered calling this product "fermented oat base" but it just doesn’t have the same ring to it. Or sound anything like a jungle animal.

So if we wanted to incorporate geography into the name of this product, why not Oatgurt Landskrona Style? It would have been more logical, since this product was both invented and manufactured in Landskrona, Sweden. And even though this amazing stuff is used in the same way as Greek yogurt, it is far from Greek yogurt — theoretically, even further from the yogurt part than from the Greek part, since it is completely free of dairy, while the Greek city of Thessaloniki is only 2,399 kilometres from our factory in Landskrona. Of course all of this is really, really far off from what we are here to tell you about on this webpage which is that Oatgurt Greek Style has a thick, smooth and creamy texture combined with a fresh and pleasantly sour flavour. Not to brag, but this is among the best* products we have ever created, if not the best webpage copy.

You might call this product a kitchen workhorse, if you like to speak in metaphors. Hot recipes, cold recipes, room-temp recipes (also called snacks), whatever you got, it’s ready to make it all really great. Other nice things are the calcium, iodine, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D2 and the fact that the 10% fat comes from rapeseed oil which is high in unsaturated fat — you know, the good kind.* Another bit of amazingness we should mention is that the container can be recycled as paper (the same as TetraPak), so if you are making a “why should I try this stuff” list, you can check the sustainability box, too.

At first I, web-writer person, wrote “nothing" here but then I realised it may seem a bit less amazing that the list of ingredients is quite long. So I talked to Sofia, our innovations director, and she let me know that yes, some of the ingredients are difficult to pronounce but that doesn’t mean they are artificial or bad or whatever. They’re all on the list, and in the product, for a reason. Without potato starch and pectin, for example, Oatgurt Greek would not have its creamy texture, and I would have something really less amazing to write about here.

That is a pretty pushy opening line really, because if you do not, in fact, like strawberries you are now probably feeling like this is the kind of Oatgurt Strawberry webpage where you have to pretend to like strawberries just to fit in, which isn&rsquo;t true of course. Anyway, this product is creamy and delicious and you can enjoy it just like you would enjoy strawberry yogurt, except it is made from amazing oats grown from the soil of the earth that are thoughtful enough to skip the cow altogether.

The strawberries are real. What’s so amazing about that you ask? Nothing really. But there are a lot of products out there that claim to be strawberry and don’t really have any real strawberries in them. A sign of the times maybe, but we like the old fashioned approach that says if you call it strawberry, you put strawberries in it. And while we were at it, we picked out the best strawberries we could find. We’ve also enriched this product with vitamin D2, vitamin B12, calcium and iodine. Okay, even though this section is starting to feel a bit long for a webpage, we have to mention that you can sort the container in the paper bin for recycling. See? Totally worth reading three more sentences.

We have added some sugar to this product and the reason we have done so is that we want it to taste really great. It’s easy to say just cut the sugar but that doesn’t work on everything. Our feeling is that the first time you try this product you’ll most likely compare it to yogurt and since there is sugar in yogurt, we needed to add a little to keep you interested until the oats could begin to work on your tastebuds. One more thing before you go: our products pack energy from multiple nutritional sources and not empty calories from sugar. So when we say added sugar, it is sugar but not sugar. If that makes sense.

You are probably unconvinced by the crafty choice of words by the writer, so think of it like this: A bunch of friends or family members all sit down to dinner. One is lactose intolerant, two are vegetarian, one is vegan, one loves meat and the other doesn’t want anything to do with anything that comes from a cow. What do you do, make four different dishes? Exactly, imagine if there was a cooking cream that didn’t contain cream but that tasted just like it and could make things easier for you when you are aiming to please your guests who haven’t found a way to sync their priorities before arriving at your house for dinner. Well, there certainly is now.

We are pretty sure that they will not be able to tell the difference. Here are the tech highlights: 13% fat from rapeseed oil of which only 1.5% is saturated fat*. Before we end this, this product is super easy to use and it can be heated. Okay, we’re finished now.

There are some additives in this product and the reason for this is that we think it is important that the performance level of this product is as good as standard cream. Because if it is, then more people will understand that using it is not a compromise and that the natural benefits of oats and low levels of saturated fat* far outweigh the use of additives. However, you should know that we are constantly tinkering with the recipe of this product to find a way to make it just like it is today but without the additives. Basically you can use this product instead of cream to convert any of your favourite recipes into something great tasting and cool. This means you potentially have millions of ways to put this product to work for you (and generations of expert knowledge if you break out nan’s recipes). The clincher though is that everything in this product is completely organic. Wait there is another clincher: you can store this product at room temperature, which means you can stock up with a few cases without sacrificing shelf space in your fridge.

This product tends to separate while standing for periods of time. That’s easy to fix, just give the package a good shake and it will be smooth and creamy once again. The reason for this is that the rules that apply to calling something organic limit the use of stabilizers. Lots of things in life are less amazing. But in this product specifically, it might be less amazing that we had to include some ingredients which sound slightly terrifying (if you happen to be afraid of words that start with E, that is) but actually aren’t. See, they’re really here for good reasons. Without them, our Whippable Creamy Oat wouldn’t be whippable, ruining the entire name of the product, and we can’t have that. To be more specific, we had to get some (plant-based) saturated fats involved in order to provide the #1 effect people are looking for in a whippable product. We chose fully hydrogenated coconut and rapeseed oils, because unlike annoying partially hydrogenated oils, the fully hydrogenated kind do not contain trans fat, so you’re good.

Whippable Creamy Oat

As a kid, this was the type of product that you wanted to find in the kitchen when no one else was around so you could drink it. It tastes that good. Now that you are grown up, you know such behaviour isn’t very adult but you should also know that we tried to make this so good that if you put a little on your finger, you would be tempted to revert back to those days when you were a kid and no one was in the kitchen to see you tip the jug and take a gulp.

We are pleased to let you know that we recently* replaced palm oil in our recipe with a blend of coconut and rapeseed oils. So to get the most out of our vanilla custard, you need to whip it real good before serving. Yes, this new version is less thick when served directly from the carton. But with a good whipping, this one will fluff up in ways the old one never could, resulting in the kind of vanilla custard you want to spend time reading about on the internet. However, a more satisfying plan may be to drop your smartphone, turn off your computer, jump on your segway and get to the store to give it a try. You may be pleasantly surprised.

It&rsquo;s a lot like creme fraiche, but we used oats instead of creme to give you a different take on one of the most flexible ingredients in the modern kitchen. Basically, it will make whatever you want to make taste great (whatever that tastes like these days).

It’s a fraiche without the creme! There are probably a few million people out there who have been asking for this product for the last few years and now it’s here. We’ve worked really hard to make sure that our fraiche provides the same great performance as a traditional creme fraiche, but without the creme. It has got 15% of nicely composed fat with only 6,4% being saturated. Then there’s something else we can’t tell you about but you’ll know it when you taste it.
