Okay kids, you probably aren&rsquo;t reading this because you are busy running around playing hockey or studying chess moves or climbing trees or building an intergalactic transporter but this little box has the potential to make your parents&rsquo; lives a lot easier. Why? Because you&rsquo;ll drink it in huge gulps and they will love the fact that you are drinking something that is both cool and not full of carbonated sugar water. There&rsquo;s no milk in it and no soy either. And no nuts if you are allergic to that, just natural carbs, strong fibers and other cool stuff. Now your parents can leave the &ldquo;juice&rdquo; boxes where they belong &mdash; on the supermarket shelves with all the other sugar waters of the carbonated and non-carbonated variety.

The cocoa that we source for this chocolate delight is certified by the Cocoa Horizon Foundation. This ensures that it is 100% sustainably sourced and helping to create a brighter future for cocoa farmers by improving their livelihoods and empowering them by advancing sustainable activities and supporting cocoa farm innovation. Those extra vitamins (D2, Riboflavin and B12) and calcium mean that you can guzzle the stuff all afternoon. Don&rsquo;t worry we make it in a <a href="https://www.oatly.com/en-gb/stuff-we-make/oat-drinks/oat-drink-chocolate" target="_self" aria-label="Go to Oat drink Chocolate 1 L product page">1 liter package</a> as well.

If you check the ingredients list you will find that we have added some sugar to this product, but only 3,5 g per 100 ml (3,5%). The rest of the sugar is found naturally embedded in the oats. We also add aromas for the simple reason that they make this product taste great, which if you think about it for a second is a pretty logical idea.

Oat Drink Chocolate 250ml

We have been making this stuff with kids in mind since the 1990s. Everything we have learned about creating a nutritional balance, about keeping kids energy levels up and their bodies full of healthy* things is crammed into this convenient 250 ml package. There is so much wow no cow philosophy and basic common sense in a leakproof, portable, back pocket container that it is easy to forget that it&rsquo;s just a drink, and not the answer to all of the world&rsquo;s problems.

What&rsquo;s not amazing when oats and water and salt get to work together without any added sugar? This is the product that has made us famous (well we aren&rsquo;t really famous yet) because it has a great nutritional balance and contains extra calcium and vitamins, like vitamin D which in Scandinavia is important when the sun doesn&rsquo;t shine for months on end.&nbsp;

Let&rsquo;s discuss the O word for a second. O as in Organic. This product is not that yet. We are considering using 100% organic oats in this product, but that would mean that we can&rsquo;t add calcium and still call it organic. So let us know what you think.
In the meantime we&rsquo;d just like to say that we use a vegetable based vitamin D2 in this product instead of D3 which has received a little too much hype recently.&nbsp;
