How to enter
The competition will be made public through an Instagram post and Instagram Story post, as published by specialtycoffee.nl, on www.instagram.com/specialtycoffee.nl. The competition starts on Thursday 1st of April at the time of publication of the Instagram post, and ends on Wednesday April 14th at the time of announcement of the winner.
To enter, users have to submit a photograph to Instagram story, feed or Direct Message of the latte art they’ve made using Oatly Barista Edition and tag @specialtycoffee.nl in their post. The latte art design needs to be selected by Oatly’s Latte Art Throwdown effect on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/ar/158346612784185/). To like or share the post will not increase the chances of winning.
The competition is open to any user aged 13 and over, and excludes employees of Oatly. Entry is free and requires no payment or purchase. However, an Instagram account is required.
The prizes consists of the following:
The prizes are sponsored by Oatly and specialtycoffee.nl and are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products. Oatly and specialtycoffee.nl cannot accept responsibility for any damage, injuries or liabilities suffered by winners as a result of accepting a prize. If any winner refuses to accept the prize under these conditions, a new winner will be selected.
Selection of finalists
All valid entries received within the specified time period of the competition will be submitted to an appointed panel of judges who will select the 16 best entries. Each finalist will be selected based on their capabilities of pouring the design which was selected by Oatly’s above mentioned Latte Art Throwdown effect on Instagram.

Selection of the winner
In the next phase, the public will use the voting poll system provided by Instagram. There will be 4 rounds of voting to determine a winner. One needs to have an Instagram account to be able to vote.
All of the 16 finalists will be contacted by specialtycoffee.nl in an Instagram direct message by Wednesday April 7th at 03:00pm. They will be given the option to make a new entry for each new round, from the quarterfinals forward. If they do not submit a new photo, specialtycoffee.nl will use the most recent one for the voting. The eventual winner will be announced on Wednesday April 14th and will be sent a direct message and announced in an Instagram Story. The winner must reply within 24 hours after being contacted. Oatly will take all reasonable steps to contact the winner. However, if the winner does not respond within the 24-hour time frame, Oatly reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to the runner up. The runner up will also be contacted in a response by specialtycoffee.nl in a direct message on Instagram and will also have 24 hours to respond as mentioned above.
Any personal information received from all participants and winner will only be used by Oatly and the panel of judges to administer the competition as set out in these Terms and Conditions, and will be deleted as soon as the competition has been completed. Information will not be passed on to any other third parties. All personal data provided is handled by Oatly AB in compliance with GDPR regulations at all times.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
Oatly reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, or to amend the Terms and Conditions if necessary. If so, participants will be informed directly.

By entering the competition, participants understand and agree that the Internet is a global and public place, and that their comments and names may be copied and uploaded onto other pages and websites by other parties.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry. Any further questions about the competition and its Terms and Conditions are referred to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be responded to by the team responsible.
