Oatly is looking for a Compensation & Benefit Specialist!

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefit Specialist. It´s an important role that will be responsible for and develop Oatly´s Compensation & Benefit Structure, mainly in Sweden, which will include overseeing, managing and administering employees’ rewards, benefit, taxes and pensions. You will work in a dynamic HR team and report to HR Manager EMEA. The position is based at Oatly HQ in Malmö.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, evaluate and develop a fair and competitive total compensation and benefit package for the Swedish market, but also supporting the European organizations
  • Interact with managers and HR colleagues regarding employee compensation issues and to develop effective solutions;
  • HR counterpart to our finance dept and also to the outsourced salary service providers in Sweden and Europe
  • Secure and drive the development of system support for the Comp & Ben processes
  • Challenge and actively learn about new compensation and benefits trends and solutions
  • Be responsible for role evaluation process and tool
  • Be responsible for salary benchmarking
  • Be responsible for salary review process
  • Manage company cars
  • Take active part in different HR projects

Experience:

You have an academic degree in HR or Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience from a similar position. You have experience and good knowledge from working operationally and structurally with compensation & benefit, including payroll, tax, pension and insurance areas.
