Oatly is looking for a Compensation & Benefit Specialist!
We are looking for a Compensation & Benefit Specialist. It´s an important role that will be responsible for and develop Oatly´s Compensation & Benefit Structure, mainly in Sweden, which will include overseeing, managing and administering employees’ rewards, benefit, taxes and pensions. You will work in a dynamic HR team and report to HR Manager EMEA. The position is based at Oatly HQ in Malmö.
You have an academic degree in HR or Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience from a similar position. You have experience and good knowledge from working operationally and structurally with compensation & benefit, including payroll, tax, pension and insurance areas.
