You are someone who is able to have these conversations in an engaging, professional and truthful way.


So, what will you be responsible for?

General responsibility

• Become the trusted voice of Oatly for the Benelux by using the Oatly’s tonality
• Become an expert in discussing Oatly’s values, statements and products in Dutch
• Be the Dutch speaking support for HQ’s communication and HR department
• Operational Marketing support for Benelux

1 External communication 50%
• Respond to questions through social media, emails and the occasional phone call
• Ensure that externally adapted answers are given to questions in time
• Follow conversations regarding Oatly, make reports and flag issues if needed
• Manage consumer complaints in close collaboration with the Communications and Quality Departments at HQ. Compensate consumers when necessary
• Monitor, manage and register product related complaints

2 Internal communication 20%
• Support the Communications and HR departments in translations to Dutch
• Support in distributing materials to all Benelux colleagues

3 Translations 20%
• Support HQ in the translation of (creative) materials for the Benelux market

4 Marketing Support 10%
• Support the Marketing Manager in operational execution of the marketing plan



• HBO education
• At least 2 years experience in a Communication, Marketing, or PR
• Experience with dealing with external consumers and/or customers
• A great writer with excellent understanding of the Dutch and English language
• You truly believe in Oatly’s values and mission
• Independent and energetic. You handle stress and stay professional when the heat is on
• Ability to quickly settle into complex questions. You can answer and discuss them in a simple and honest manner
• You have a fair understanding of Social Media publication tools
