As Global SHEQ Compliance Manager you will lead the work to establish Oatly policies, processes and tools to be in compliant with internal and external quality standards, laws and regulations.

This role is a part of the SHEQ Management Team and you will lead the global complaint team that owns the processes and guidelines, within quality area such es:

  • QC processes
  • Deviations proc
  • SHEQ Training
  • Release process
  • Traceability
  • Change control
  • BRC requirements the Oatly way

You will be responsible for the global internal audit program for SHEQ and to set the global quality KPI and follow up processes.

As a Global SHEQ Compliance Manager you will work with quality cost, continues improvement and strive to achieve set objectives.

You will also take part in global initiatives and projects when required.


  • University, Master of science or corresponding with focus on quality, food safety, chemistry.
  • Many years of management work experience within Food Industry, or corresponding industry within quality and environment.
  • Knowledge within Lean Production system/Six Sigma
  • Audits skills
  • Management and leadership skills
  • IT competence (Word, Excel, Power Point; Outlook, SharePoint, ERP, LIMS, MES)
  • Basic operational economy
  • Good communication skills both internally and externally and within different cultures Europe, Asia and US
  • Analytic, holistic and structured approach
  • Passionate about people, sustainability and improvements
  • To be successful in this role it´s necessary that you are a person that loves to work in a fast-growing company and that you feel comfortable enough to prioritize from a list of task and projects depending on added business value.


  • Location: Landskrona
  • Ability to travel is required
