You will be part of a fun HR team that consists of different HR competencies. You will work in a fast and agile team to help Oatly meet the growth numbers.


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Oatly you will support leaders through the complete recruitment process within the EMEA organisation. You will have a close dialogue with recruiting managers and other colleagues.

You will be responsible for the whole process, such as:

  • Handling requirement profiles
  • Producing and publishing advertisements
  • Interviews
  • Search
  • References 

You will be a part of different TA related projects, therefore it is a qualification if you have experience in Mobility or Onboarding.

Oatly has an international environment and one requirement is to be able to speak and write Swedish and English fluently.

The position involves own responsibility and a possibility to personal development.


You have an academic degree, and a minimum 3-5 years of experience of recruitment. You have experience working with search/headhunting and proactively contacting candidates.

As a person you are persistent and thorough. You have your own drive, are independent, but still like to work together with others. You are communicative and structured and have an analytical and holistic approach.
