Here is the role we are looking to fill:

In the last year 3 years Oatly UK’s turnover has developed from £8m to £70m (est 2020). We are looking for a finance expert that work with our EMEA team to develop the right financial processes for Oatly UK, drive cost efficiencies whilst maintaining and facilitating the continued hyper growth.

  • Develop the structure for UK to work optimally with the EMEA Group structure
  • Offering extensive P&L analysis
  • Actuals vs Budget analysis and action planning
  • Business Opportunity impact
  • Cost Analysis, efficiencies and improvements
  • Creating progress reports on customer payments
  • Optimize the work through our outsourced accounting/tax firm
  • Facilitating the Malmo accounts receivable team to identify risk accounts and improve cash flow
  • Margin mix analysis
  • Developing and maintaining first class systems and controls
  • Creating detailed company forecasts and setting budgets
  • Check on legal requirements
  • Audit support and implementation

 Here are the top critical things we need from someone for this role:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • Minimum of 7 years working experience
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across the UK and Europe
  • Previous experience of developing staff
  • Excellent Excel skills
