Here is the role we are looking to fill:

The Product Portfolio Specialist is a full-time role which will be key in leading and bringing new and exciting Oatly products to the UK. You will be part of a team that continues to make Oatly one of the biggest food & drink success stories in the UK.


  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams in order to effectively deliver new product concept solutions to the business against key objectives
  • Responsible for creating, managing and co-ordinating the product portfolio plan
  • Support the European HQ in all aspects of the innovation process which includes conceptualisation, design, creation, costing and evaluation of new concepts/products
  • Having a deep understanding of the UK market, competitors and formats. Using that know-how to propose the right solutions that will deliver incremental value and drive brand credibility.
  • Infuse excitement, creativity and passion into our teams within Oatly at all levels and functions

This is a  full-time position based in our UK office, but you will have regular contact with the European product portfolio team in Malmö, Sweden and will need to travel there from time to time.

  • You have a proven track-record of leading, shaping & delivering innovation into the UK market  
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in FMCG (ideally food & drink)
  • You love Oatly
