All You Need

30 gvegan white chocolate chipsor 15 ml white chocolate syrup
50 mlboiling water
40 mlcold brewed white tea
Small pinch of salt
Pomelo cold foam
Ice
White tea concentrate

  • Foaming toolsiphon/electric mini whisk/spindle mixer/blender)

To-Do List

Tea concentrate:

  1. Brew the tea in hot water for 8 min
  2. Strain out the leaves
  3. Dilute with ice
  4. Store in the fridge until ready to use

For the drink:

  1. Foam the pomelo cold foam ingredients together using your preferred foaming tool
  2. Mix the vegan white chocolate chips, salt and boiling water to a smooth mixture
  3. Add the Oatly Barista Edition and stir
  4. Fill a glass with ice
  5. Pour in the white chocolate Oatly mix
  6. Top with cold brewed white tea
  7. Finish with pomelo cold foam
