| 40 ml | chai concentrate(or one portion) |

To-Do List
For the lime & leaf cheong
- Sterilize a glass jar
- Wash and dry the limes (scrub with salt & sodium bicarbonate to remove wax)
- Remove the ends and thinly slice limes, removing any seeds
- Chop the leaves
- Massage the fruit, leaves and sugar in a bowl
- Layer the mixture in the sterilized jar pressing down to compress the slices
- Leave for 2–3 days shaking daily to make sure all the sugar is dissolved
- Store the cheong in the refrigerator for up to a year unopened
For the drink
- Add chai concentrate to glass
- Top with ice
- Add Oatly Barista Edition
- Finish with 1 tbsp syrup and 2–3 slices of lime from the cheong
