All You Need
| Amount | Ingredient |

| 300 ml | Oatly Barista Organic |
| 20 g | masala chaior pumpkin pie spice mix |
| 60 g | medium ground coffee |
| 100 g | maple syrup |
| 1 g | salt |
| 100 g | pumpkin puree |
| 300 ml | boiling water |
| 60 ml | fresh lemon juice |
| 100 ml | fresh orange juice |
Garnish: Pumpkin seed oil drops

- Spoon
- Coffee dripper
- Paper filters
To-Do List
- Combine spices/chai, coffee, sugar, salt and pumpkin puree in a large vessel
- Add boiling water, stir well
- Add orange and lemon juice and stir
- Add Oatly Barista Organic (this will curdle)
- Using a coffee dripper, pass the liquid through a paper filter
- Pour the cloudy liquid through a second paper filter to get a clear liquid
To serve:
- Stir the clarified liquid with lots of ice
- Strain into a frozen glass
- Finish with a few drops of pumpkin seed oil
