The Mulled Cranberry Matcha Latte in a tall Oatly glass.

All You Need

AmountIngredient
150 mlOatly Barista Lighter Tasteor 190 ml Oatly Matcha Oat Drink(190ml)
40 mlcold brewed matcha(remove if using Oatly Matcha Oat Drink)
20 mlmulled cranberry syrup​
  • 250 ml cranberry juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 10 pink peppercorns
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 tbsp dried orange peel
  • 100 g sugar
Ice
Cold brewed matcha (ingredients per portion):

2-3 gmatcha powder
5-10 gagave syrup (optional)to taste
0,1 gsalt(small pinch)
30 mlcold water

Tools

  • Saucepan and hob
  • Sieve
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Whisk + bowl
    • or Blender

To-Do List

For the cold brewed matcha (1 portion):

  1. Sieve the matcha into a bowl or cocktail shaker​
  2. Add all other ingredients​
  3. Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec​

For the cold brewed matcha (multiple portions):

  1. Add all ingredients to a tall container​
  2. Blend with an immersion blender until​ there are no matcha lumps left​

For the drink:

  1. To make the mulled cranberry syrup, add all syrup ingredients to a saucepan and heat​
  2. Simmer for 5 min or until reduced by half​
  3. Remove from heat and leave to cool​
  4. Strain out spices and and store the syrup chilled​
  5. For the drink, fill a glass with ice​
  6. Add the cranberry syrup and Oatly Barista Lighter Taste​
  7. Finish with cold brewed matcha​
  8. Park yourself under the mistletoe until further notice​
