| 100 ml | Oatly Barista Edition |
| 90 ml | apple juice |
| 2 g | matcha powder |
| 10 g | sugar |
| 1 g | agar agar |

- Container
- Saucepan and hob
- Whisk
- Fine sieve
To-Do List
- Blend the Oatly Barista Edition and matcha powder together
- Put the juice, sugar and agar agar into a pan and bring to a boil
- Boil for 1 minute, whisking constantly
- Remove from heat and add the Oatly matcha mix, whisk well
- Strain into a container and leave to set for 1–2 hours before serving
- Cut into 6–8 shots and enjoy
