Oat Drink Matcha
It’s here! A sweet, frothable Matcha oat drink with a hint of vanilla flavor in a reasonably sized one liter package that you can keep in your cupboard or pantry or oat drink vault until you’re ready to pour it over ice and enjoy. Hooray!
Drink Green
Here’s a green claim we can make with zero asterisks attached to really long legally approved footnotes that no one reads: The matcha powder creates a bright green color and green tea taste…plus we’ve added a hint of sweetness and vanilla flavor to round out this super tasty oat-based latte. We recommend serving it cold over ice. Didn’t we already say that? Of course, it’s possible to drink it warm as well, if that’s your preference. Just don’t use it as a shampoo, that’s greenwashing.
Modern Matcha
You could absolutely steam green tea leaves over an open fire to preserve freshness and prevent fermentation before stripping the stems and veins from the leaves by yourself and drying the flesh in a sauna at 180°C, then grind them with a hand polished stone into a fine powder that easily mixes with liquids like our oat drink. It would most likely bring you great joy and satisfaction, but if you’re short on time, you can also get a great matcha latte by performing the ritual of shaking this package before serving. No dairy, no nuts, no soy. Refrigerate after opening.
