Smoked rosemary hot choc

All You Need
| Amount | Ingredient |

| 200 ml | Oatly Barista Edition |
| 30 g | chopped vegan dark chocolate |
| Sprig of rosemary | |
| Pinch of smoked salt |
Tools
- Blow torch (or some other fire)
- Saucepan and hob
- Spoon
To-Do List
- Burn the sprig of rosemary until it’s charred at the tips and smoking
- Add it to a pan with Oatly Barista Edition, chopped dark chocolate and smoked salt
- Heat but don’t boil, stirring to melt the chocolate
- Remove the rosemary, pour and enjoy
Optional: garnish with more smoked salt and a few rosemary leaves
