All You Need

  • 4 g Earl Grey tea
  • 40 ml boiling water
  • 20 g ice
100 mlOatly Barista Edition
Single espressoa fruity light roast
10 gmaple syrup
Ice
Tea concentrate (ca. 14 portions)

  • Something to store the tea concentrate in

To-Do List

Tea concentrate

  1. Brew the tea in hot water for 8 min.
  2. Strain out the leaves.
  3. Dilute with 200 g ice.
  4. Store in the fridge until ready to use.

Making the drink

  1. Make your tea concentrate.
  2. Stir the maple syrup into the portion of tea concentrate.
  3. Fill a glass with ice.
  4. Add Oatly Barista Edition.
  5. Top with tea concentrate and the single espresso.
Legend has it that when they’re done serving coffee or tea to everyone on the plane, the flight personnel use the leftovers to make this drink and toast a job well done. I don’t know if the legend is true, but why mess up a good story with boring stuff like facts?
