| 50 ml | Organic Creamy Oat |
| 300 ml | soda water |
| 10 ml | almond syrup |

- Electric mini whisk
- Bowl
- Glass
- Jar
- Strainer
- Knife
- Chopping board
To-Do List
For the strawberry shrub
- Chop the strawberries into quarters
- Add to a sterilized jar with the sugar
- Leave in the fridge for 24–48 hrs, stir occasionally to dissolve the sugar
- Strain out solids
- Stir in vinegar and store in the fridge
For the drink
- Whip the Creamy Oat and almond syrup with an electric mini whisk till frothy. Set aside until step no. 5
- Fill glass with ice
- Add 30 ml strawberry shrub
- Top with sparkling water
- Finish with almond cold foam
