To-Do List
Cold brew matcha (1 portion)
- Sieve the matcha into a cocktail shaker or bottle.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Shake vigorously for 30 sec.
Cold brew matcha (Multiple portions)
- Add all ingredients to a tall container.
- Blend with an immersion blender until there are no matcha lumps left.
Cold foam
- Add all ingredient to a whipped cream siphon.
- Dispense gas cannister into the siphon and shake.
- Dispense gently onto your drinks.
Who has a whipped cream siphon at home? I use an electric milk whisk in a tall container to make the creamy oats fluffy and silky before pouring it over the Rosemary Matcha Latte.
Mixing the drink
- Add ice to a glass.
- Pour over Oatly Barista Edition and the cold brewed matcha.
- Gently dispense the rosemary cold foam over the top.
- Finish with fresh orange zest.
Total life-hack! Instead of one of those siphon things that cost a lot, I use an electric milk whisk in a tall container to make the Creamy Oats fluffy and silky before spooning it over the RML.
