it’s micro-foamable!
We took inspiration from our normal sized US-packs and made an extra-large pack for all true baristas, pretend-baristas and other coffee lovers who likes their rich, creamy, and micro-foamable oats in abundance. The neutral taste comes from a combination of premium oats and unsaturated fat that will make any hot drink, like coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, seem like it’s undergone some kind of upgrading process.
For the pros (and non-pros too)
The acidity regulator we use is to help the Oat Drink Barista Edition perform to the professional expectations of coffee experts, so it should answer your needs, too, even if you happen to be more of a breakfast brewer. We put the same vitamins and minerals in the Barista as in our other oat drinks, something we thought you might appreciate. It can be stored for a long time before opening. No dairy, no nuts, no soy, and no separating in the coffee.

How do you calculate the climate footprint of this product?
We gather data on greenhouse gas emissions from grower to grocer and put it through a platform called CarbonCloud that uses 20 years of research in the food-system field to crunch the numbers and get the final carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) number. When the counting and analyzing are done, an impartial verifier professional double-checks the calculations. Basically, our numbers are scrutinised by people who really know what they’re doing.
