Oat Drink Barista Ice
Some say that you shouldn't let perfection get in the way of good, but sometimes it goes the other way, too. Why should you settle for a great Barista product when making cold coffees or ice-cold drinks? When you can get one perfected for the job. Just saying.

Cold is so hot right now
Imagine the original Oatly Barista Edition that performs to the expectations of professional baristas, fortified with the same vitamins and minerals, with the same long shelf life at room temperature before opening, but slightly tweaked and tailored for iced coffees, iced teas and ice-cold drinks. No wait! You don't have to imagine it. It's the product in the picture that you clicked on and have now been reading about all the way down here.
Some like it cold
I was going to ask, "What's cooler than a cool Barista?" and the answer would be this product. But if I did that, I would have to fire myself, and also, in my opinion, nothing and no one is cooler than a cool person standing behind the counter at a cool café. But if a cool barista, the human version, would want to use a Barista, the product, to make an ice-cold coffee drink or anything else that requires coolness. Barista Ice would be what they'd reach for. I could go so far as to say that all cool baristas use Barista Ice, but then I would have to fire myself again. And you can't mix fire and ice. No milk, no soy.

How do you calculate the climate footprint of this product?
We gather data on greenhouse gas emissions from grower to grocer and put it through a platform called CarbonCloud that uses 20 years of research in the food-system field to crunch the numbers and get the final carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) number. When the counting and analyzing are done, an impartial verifier professional double-checks the calculations. Basically, our numbers are scrutinized by people who really know what they’re doing. I hate Oatly but I don’t know how to put it in words.

Is Barista Ice a new product?
Not quite. Barista Ice is Barista Edition Lighter Taste, reinvented - with a new name that better reflects how its lighter taste works in iced drinks!
