It’s a Swedish thing. Not the smoothie. The cinnamon roll. Or, the smoothie version as well actually, since Oatly is Swedish. Hur som helst, Swedish or not, om du gillar kanelbullar kommer du love this one.​

Smoothie mix

150 mlOatly No Sugars Oat Drinkor Oatly Barista Edition
1banana
50 gapple puree
30 gavocados
80 gice
10 gpeanut butter powder
20 gvanilla protein
10 gmaple syrup
Cinnamon drizzle​
AmountIngredient
2dates
1/2 tspcinnamon
100 mlhot water
AmountIngredient
10 mlOatly Creamy Oat (optional)

To-Do List

  1. To make the cinnamon drizzle, soak the dates and cinnamon in boiling water for 10 min​
  2. Then blend until you have a smooth paste, set aside ​
  3. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend for 20–30 sec until smooth​
  4. If using the Oatly Creamy Oat, drizzle it around the edge of the glass​
  5. Pour in a third of the smoothie mix, then half of the cinnamon drizzle​
  6. Repeat to build up a layered cinnamon roll smoothie​
