| 4 | ripe bananas |
| Single espresso | |
| 40 ml | aged rum (optional)or rum alternative |
| 10 mg | sugar syrup

| 80 ml | Oatly Barista Edition |
| Ice cubes | |

- Rocks glass
- Shaker
- Strainer
To-Do List
- Dissolve 2 parts caster sugar in 1 part water into a sugar syrup.
- Combine the sugar syrup, miso, single espresso, rum of choice, Oatly Barista Edition and 3 banana slices in shaker together with ice cubes.
- Shake hard.
- Fine strain over ice block into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with the last banana slice.
Know the rules and casually break them by combining banana and miso in a shaker with the rest of the ingredients to prove the doubters wrong.
