THE FANCY CREAMER CARTON AUCTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Auction will run from April 14, 2025 at 12:00AM EST, ending April 16, 2025 at 11:59PM EST.
- Open worldwide for participants who are 18 years or older. All bids must be placed in the comments section.
- The starting bid is $1 for each item.
- Bids must specify flavor and amount (e.g., “Vanilla, $200”) in whole dollar increments. Participants in the auction acknowledge and agree that charges related to shipping the items will be added to the hammer price on all individual lots.
- All bids will be in USD. For participants outside the US, bids will be converted at current exchange rates.
- All bids are firm and final upon submission.
- Highest bidder (“Winner”) will be contacted via DM/email within 24 hours following the end of the auction and will have 12 hours to respond and fulfill payment. Payment is made using PayPal and the Winner is responsible for setting up an account with PayPal to pursue payment. Failure to respond or fulfil payment will result in forfeiture of the winning bid and the next highest bidder will be contacted.
- In case of duplicate bids, the earliest valid bid will win. The items are sold as is and with no returns.
- Oatly reserves right to accept or decline any bid. Bids may be disqualified upon suspicion of fraudulent activity. Oatly is not responsible for technical issues.
- The Winner is liable for shipping and for providing accurate shipping information. The items will be shipped within five business days after full payment has been received and the shipping invoice has been paid in full. The Winner assumes all risk of loss upon the shipment of the item to the Winner. Oatly reserves the right to determine shipping method to the address provided by the Seller.
