Smoked Rosemary Hot Choc drink in a short Oatly glass.

All You Need

AmountIngredient
200 mlOatly Barista Edition
30 gchopped vegan dark chocolate
Sprig of rosemary
Pinch of smoked salt

Tools

  • Blow torch (or some other fire)
  • Saucepan and hob
  • Spoon

To-Do List

  1. Burn the sprig of rosemary until it’s charred at the tips and smoking​
  2. Add it to a pan with Oatly Barista Edition, chopped dark chocolate and smoked salt​
  3. Heat but don’t boil, stirring to melt the chocolate​
  4. Remove the rosemary, pour and enjoy​ ​
Optional: garnish with more smoked salt and a few rosemary leaves​
