All You Need

25 mlmezcal (optional)or non-alcoholic alternative
100 mlOatly Barista Lighter Taste
40 mlcold brewed matcha
20 mlsmokey syrup
  • 3 g lapsang souchong tea
  • 100 g boiling water
  • 100 g caster sugar
Ice
Cold brew matcha
AmountIngredient
2-3 gmatcha powder
5-10 gagave syrup(to taste)
0,1 gsalt
30 mlcold water

Tools

  • Rocks glass
  • Spoon
  • Kettle
  • Strainer
  • Cocktail shaker or bottle or tall container

To-Do List

Cold brew matcha (1 portion)

  1. Sieve the matcha into a cocktail shaker or bottle.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Shake vigorously for 30 sec.

Cold brew matcha (Multiple portions)

  1. Add all ingredients to a tall container.
  2. Blend with an immersion blender until there are no matcha lumps left.

Mixing the drink

  1. Brew the tea in boiling water for 3 min.
  2. Add sugar to the brewed tea, stir and strain.
  3. Mix the smokey syrup you’ve just made with Oatly Barista Lighter Taste.
  4. Add the liquor of your choice, or don’t.
  5. Stir to fully mix.
  6. Add ice.
  7. Pour matcha mix to float on drink.
  8. Pick up the drink and say “no cheese” to the camera.
They can be discretely practical or flamboyant decorations, but an accessory is your chance to express your personality by adding individual style and variation to any capsule wardrobe. Some basics include a black dress or suit, a good pair of shoes, a signature drink you know by heart like Smokey Matcha, a nice belt and a scarf.
