150 mlOatly Barista Edition
5 gbasil seeds
Papaya puree
  • 55 g ripe papaya flesh with seeds removed(should be rich orange color)
  • 3-4 thai basil leaves
  • 5 g lime juice
  • 20 g agave syrup
  • 50 g water

  • Glass
  • Blender

To-Do List

  1. Add all papaya puree ingredients to a blender and blend
  2. Once blended, add basil seeds and set aside
  3. Wait 30 minutes for basil seeds to swell (they will develop a clear white casing)
  4. Add ice and Oatly Barista Edition and stir
  5. Serve over lots of ice
