To-Do List
For the osmanthus syrup:
- Steep the flowers in boiling water for 5–7 minutes
- Strain and stir in the white sugar until dissolved
For the drink:
- Foam the osmanthus cold foam ingredients together using your preferred tool
- Add ice and 20 ml osmanthus syrup to a glass
- Top with tonic water and cold brewed coffee
- Finish with cold foam
