All You Need

| 50 ml | jasmine tea concentrate |
| 40 ml | cold brewed matchaor Oatly Matcha Oat Drink |
| 10 ml | agave syrup (optional) |
| 50 ml | Whippable Creamy Oat (optional) |

| 50 g | tea |
| 500 ml | hot water |
| 200 g | ice |

| 2-3 g | matcha powder |
| 5-10 g | agave syrup (optional)to taste |
| 0,1 g | salt(small pinch) |
| 30 ml | cold water |

- Cocktail shaker
- Whisk + bowl

To-Do List
Tea concentrate
- Brew the tea in hot water for 8 min
- Strain out the leaves
- Dilute with ice
- Store in the fridge until ready to use
For the cold brewed matcha (1 portion):
- Sieve the matcha into a bowl or cocktail shaker
- Add all other ingredients
- Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec
For the cold brewed matcha (multiple portions):
- Add all ingredients to a tall container
- Blend with an immersion blender until there are no matcha lumps left
For the drink:
- Add jasmine concentrate, matcha and agave syrup (if using) to a glass and stir
- Steam Oatly Barista Lighter Taste and pour into glass
- Top with Oatly Whipped Creamy Oat (if using)
