All You Need

| 150 ml | Oatly Barista Lighter Tasteor Oatly Matcha Oat Drink(190ml) |
| 40 ml | cold brewed matcha(remove if using Oatly Matcha Oat Drink) |
| 20 ml | mulled cranberry syrup
|

| 5-10 g | agave syrup (optional)to taste |
| 0,1 g | salt(small pinch) |
| 30 ml | cold water |
Tools
- Saucepan and hob
- Sieve
- Cocktail shaker
- Whisk + bowl
- or Blender
To-Do List
For the cold brewed matcha (1 portion):
- Sieve the matcha into a bowl or cocktail shaker
- Add all other ingredients
- Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec
For the cold brewed matcha (multiple portions):
- Add all ingredients to a tall container
- Blend with an immersion blender until there are no matcha lumps left
For the drink:
- To make the mulled cranberry syrup, add all syrup ingredients to a saucepan and heat
- Simmer for 5 min or until reduced by half
- Remove from heat and leave to cool
- Strain out spices and and store the syrup chilled
- For the drink, fill a glass with ice
- Add the cranberry syrup and Oatly Barista Lighter Taste
- Finish with cold brewed matcha
- Park yourself under the mistletoe until further notice
