All You Need

0,1 ozmiso
4ripe bananas
Single espresso
1,5 fl ozaged rum (optional)or rum alternative
0,4 fl ozsugar syrup
  • 2 caster sugar
  • 1 boiling water
2,8 fl ozOatly Barista Edition
Ice cubes
Ice block

Tools

  • Rocks glass
  • Shaker
  • Strainer

To-Do List

  1. Dissolve 2 parts caster sugar in 1 part water into a sugar syrup.
  2. Combine the sugar syrup, miso, single espresso, rum of choice, Oatly Barista Edition and 3 banana slices in shaker together with ice cubes.
  3. Shake hard.
  4. Fine strain over ice block into a rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with the last banana slice.
Know the rules and casually break them by combining banana and miso in a shaker with the rest of the ingredients to prove the doubters wrong.
