Single espresso
0,75 fl ozblended Scotch whisky (optional)or or non-alcoholic alternative

  • Wine glass
  • Skewer
  • Shaker
  • Strainer
Life is too short to chew stuff!

To-Do List

  1. Combine 5 raspberries and the other ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Shake hard with ice cubes.
  3. Fine strain over ice block into a wine glass.
  4. Garnish with the remaining raspberry on a skewer.
  5. Drink like a Scot!
