To-Do List
- Rehydrate the dried chilies in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
- Strain the chili mixture to remove all skin and seeds.
- Add the chili water and sugar to a pan over a gentle heat.Don't boil!
- Stir until all the sugar has dissolved, then remove from the heat.
- Let the syrup cool down.
- Add the guajillo syrup to a glass and top with ice.
- Add the cold brew and Oatly Barista Edition.
- Stir and drink.
You CAN swap the Guajillo's out for a different chili, BUT nothing too spicy, — I nearly blew my head off testing a habanero version.
