To-Do List
- Sieve the matcha into a tall container.
- Add the rest of the matcha cloud ingredients.
- Add ice and coconut water to a glass.
- Aerate with an electric milk whisk until light and fluffy.
- Top with matcha cloud.
If you have one of those electric milk whisks and a small pot, you can replace steps 1 and 2 and instead whisk the creamy oat matcha cloud.
