IS LIKE THE LAST THING THE PLANET NEEDS.
Yeah, we are a company that makes amazing oatmilk products. But if you want to get technical, we are really a company that makes amazing oatmilk products and merch. Of course, we want the merch part of that technically true sentence to live up to the amazing oatmilk part so we’ve launched a new merch experiment with a big goal: to bring the same thoughtfulness we bring to oatmilk, to our merch. Hope you like it!
Fast fashion isn’t an environmentally sustainable option* even if it's covered in awesome plant-based propaganda.
GROSS, RIGHT? WE HAD A FEELING YOU'D AGREE.

So instead of manufacturing new oat-positive clothing to outfit the post milk generation, we’re giving an artful second life to preloved items and materials that are already in circulation. And we’re calling this new merch experiment of ours… cue the drumroll… Oatly ReRuns! Because, well yeah, you get it.
It’s merch for people living rad plant-based lives.
Since you are here, you’re probably already being awesome by choosing plant-based over animal-based foods. So we figured you’d appreciate the opportunity to wear merch that spreads the word about your plant-affirmative lifestyle, while also letting you skip the irrationality and wastefulness of buying new clothing. If that sounds good to you, please do visit our web shop anytime for all the things you’d expect to see in merch-dom, such as T-shirts, fanny packs and totes, but in an unexpected and upcycled form. Did we just work a call to action into this web article? Possibly.
We’re sourcing preloved T-shirts and adding a plant-forward vibe. Since these are secondhand, there's a bit of a surprise element built in. You’ll know the size and the oat-centric statement but color, style and print are a mystery. Fun right?
Look for awesome upcycled items made from about 20,000 sq ft of vinyl that we’ve collected from former Oatly billboards which once distracted people in cities such as Milwaukee, Dallas, Columbus and Nashville with headlines like “It’s like milk, but made for humans.” We’re giving those old ads a way more meaningful second life as a bunch of fanny packs.
ONE-OF-A-KIND OAT PUNK ART! WHATEVER THAT IS.
So you want upcycled fashion that’s a bit more artsy and one of a kind? Perfect. This upcycling experiment of ours includes limited-edition drops every few months, offering up what you might call oat couture, if oat couture was a thing. Basically, each drop is a really, really, really small number of highly original and hand-executed pieces by cool artists, and are available only until each one is sold.
INCREDIBLE ARTISTS CREATING MORE MAGIC THAN MERCH, ALL FOR A GREAT CAUSE. COOL, RIGHT?
We’re working with the fantastic stylist Young-Ah Kim to rescue vintage clothing items, partnering with artists to turn each one into a piece of wearable art, and putting those pieces back into the world via our web shop so you can appreciate their awesome plant-forward vibes for a few decades, and maybe even pass them along to the next generation.
All proceeds go to great forward-thinking and progressive causes. For example, our first two drops support The Lower Eastside Girls Club, where young women and gender-expansive youth become environmental justice leaders and even grow their own rooftop garden to provide plant-based afterschool meals.
