50 mljasmine tea concentrate​
40 mlcold brewed matchaor Oatly Matcha Oat Drink
10 mlagave syrup (optional)
50 mlWhippable Creamy Oat (optional)
Jasmine tea concentrate

50 gtea
500 mlhot water
200 gice
Cold brewed matcha (ingredients per portion):
AmountIngredient
2-3 gmatcha powder
5-10 gagave syrup (optional)to taste
0,1 gsalt(small pinch)
30 mlcold water

Tools

  • Spoon
  • Kettle
  • Strainer
  • Something to store the tea concentrate in
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Whisk + bowl
    • or Blender

To-Do List

Tea concentrate

  1. Brew the tea in hot water for 8 min
  2. Strain out the leaves
  3. Dilute with ice
  4. Store in the fridge until ready to use

For the cold brewed matcha (1 portion):

  1. Sieve the matcha into a bowl or cocktail shaker​
  2. Add all other ingredients​
  3. Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec​

For the cold brewed matcha (multiple portions):

  1. Add all ingredients to a tall container​
  2. Blend with an immersion blender until​ there are no matcha lumps left​

For the drink:

  1. Add jasmine concentrate, matcha and agave syrup (if using) to a glass and stir​
  2. Steam Oatly Barista Lighter Taste and pour into glass​
  3. Top with Oatly Whipped Creamy Oat ​ (if using)​
