It might not deliver on the extremely high expectations set by our original Barista edition, but what it lacks in compared functionality, it makes up for in organic ingredients. Think of it more as a barista version of our organic oat drink than an organic version of our Barista edition. Made for professional organic baristas and people who like to play one at home.

To make this amazing organic oat beverage that you can pour in other (often hot) beverages, we started with our organic oat base, combined it with water, organic rapeseed oil, which have that good unsaturated fat,* some sea salt, and finally, the potassium carbonate to help the Barista mix with your coffee. And that was it. Works best in a dark roast blend.

*Replacing saturated fat in your diet with unsaturated fat helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, in combination with a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
