All You Need

40 gchia pudding
  • 40 g your favourite frozen berries
  • 20 ml ginger juice
  • 60 ml water
  • 10 ml maple syrup
  • 15 g chia seeds
40 mlcold brewed matchaor Oatly Matcha Oat Drink
Ice
Cold brewed matcha (ingredients per portion):

2-3 gmatcha powder
5-10 gagave syrup(optional, to taste)
0,1 gsalt(small pinch)
30 mlcold water

Tools

  • Blender
  • Spoon
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Whisk + bowl
    • or Blender

To-Do List

For the cold brewed matcha (1 portion):

  1. Sieve the matcha into a bowl or cocktail shaker​
  2. Add all other ingredients​
  3. Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec​

For the cold brewed matcha (multiple portions):

  1. Add all ingredients to a tall container​
  2. Blend with an immersion blender until​ there are no matcha lumps left​

The chia pudding:

  1. For the chia pudding, blend berries, ginger juice, water and maple syrup ​
  2. Pour into a container and stir-in the chia seeds​
  3. Leave overnight​
  4. To build the drink, fill a glass with ice​
  5. Add chia pudding​
  6. Pour in Oatly Barista Lighter Taste​
  7. Top with cold brewed matcha​
