Tools
- Glass
- Bowl for whisking
- Electric whisk
- Cocktail shaker or bottle or tall container
- Whipped cream siphon
To-Do List
Cold brew matcha (1 portion)
- Sieve the matcha into a cocktail shaker or bottle.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Shake vigorously for 30 sec.
Cold brew matcha (Multiple portions)
- Add all ingredients to a tall container.
- Blend with an immersion blender until there are no matcha lumps left.
Cold foam
- Add all ingredient to a whipped cream siphon.
- Dispense gas cannister into the siphon and shake.
- Dispense gently onto your drinks.
Who has a whipped cream siphon at home? I use an electric milk whisk in a tall container to make the creamy oats fluffy and silky before pouring it over the Ube Matcha Latte.
Mixing the drink
- Add Oatly Barista Lighter Taste and cold brewed matcha to a glass filled with ice.
- Top the drink with the ube cold foam.
Pronounced: “Ooh bae! Match ah latte”. It’s like social media woke up one morning from untroubled dreams and found itself transformed into a colorful drink. Now it’s a different feed.
