OK so when we say ‘creamy cheesy’, it’s not cheese-cheese ‘creamy cheesy’. But it’s cheese-cheese ‘creamy cheesy’ tasting.​

All You Need

200 mlliquid carrot cake
40 mlcold brewed matchaor 40 ml Oatly Matcha Oat Drink
60 ml‘Creamy cheesy’ frosting top
Ice
Cold brewed matcha (ingredients per portion):
2-3 gmatcha powder
5-10 gagave syrup(optional, to taste)
0,1 gsalt
30 mlcold water

Tools

  • Electric whisk
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Whisk + bowl
    • or Blender

To-Do List

For the cold brewed matcha (1 portion):

  1. Sieve the matcha into a bowl or cocktail shaker​
  2. Add all other ingredients​
  3. Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec​

For the cold brewed matcha (multiple portions):

  1. Add all ingredients to a tall container​
  2. Blend with an immersion blender until​ there are no matcha lumps left​

For the drink:

  1. Mix the liquid carrot cake ingredients together ​
  2. Aerate your ‘creamy cheesy’ frosting top with a handheld electric whisk ​
  3. Fill a glass with ice ​
  4. Add liquid carrot cake
  5. Top with cold brewed matcha
  6. Finish with ‘creamy cheesy’ frosting top
  7. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if you’re feeling fancy
