Tomato vine soda float

All You Need

| 10 g | tomato vine syrup
|
| 150 ml | soda water |
| 70 g | Soft ServeIt won’t be a float unless it’s frozen oat. |
| Ice |
Tools
- Glass
- Blender
- Strainer
- Pan
- Something to stir with
- Soft serve machine
To-Do List
- Wash the tomato vines and blend with water for approximately 30 sec.
- Strain the mixture to remove all stalk residues.
- Add the sugar to the tomato vine liquid and stir to dissolve.
- Let the syrup cool down.
- Pour ice, syrup and soda into a glass.
- Top with frozen Oatly Soft Serve from your soft serve machine.
