If you didn’t know that hojicha is a Japanese green tea that differs from regular green tea with a roasting process making it more round, soft and nutty, it has now been imprinted in your knowledge storage for future reference.

| 0,35 oz | tahini |
| 1,4 fl oz | cold brewed hojicha |

| 0,2-0,4 fl oz | agave syrup(optional, to taste) |
| 0,004 oz | salt |
| 1 fl oz | cold water |

- Saucepan and stovetop

- Cocktail shaker

To-Do List
For the cold brewed hojicha (1 portion):
- Sieve the hojicha into a bowl or cocktail shaker
- Add all other ingredients
- Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec
For the cold brewed hojicha (multiple portions):
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend on low speed for approx 20–30 sec until no matcha lumps are left
- Chill immediately
For the drink:
- To make the condensed Oatly add the Oatly Half and Half and white sugar to a saucepan
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer
- Simmer, stirring frequently, until the mixture caramelizes and becomes thick (approx. 10–20 min)
- To make the drink, add condensed Oatly to a glass
- Brew the hojicha with the tahini
- Add the hojicha tahini mix to the glass
- Top with steamed/heated Oatly Barista Edition
