All You Need

5 ozOatly Barista Edition
1 1/2 ozlapsang souchong tea concentrate
1/4 tspcayenne powder
3/4 ozvegan marshmallows
Small pinch smoked salt
Double espresso
Lapsang Souchong tea concentrate

1,8 oztea
17 fl ozhot water
7 ozice

  • Saucepan and stovetop
  • Whisk

  • Strainer

To-Do List

Tea concentrate:

  1. Brew the tea in hot water for 8 min
  2. Strain out the leaves
  3. Dilute with ice
  4. Store in the fridge until ready to use

For the drink:

  1. Heat Oatly Barista Edition and marshmallows on low heat, stirring until the marshmallows dissolve completely (don’t let it boil!)
  2. Add double espresso, cayenne powder and lapsang tea concentrate to a cup, stirring to mix
  3. Top with the warm marshmallow Oatly mix
  4. Finish with a sprinkle of smoked salt and a toasted marshmallow (or 10!)
