| 3 1/2 oz | seedless red grapes |
| 1 3/4 oz | red grape juice |
| 7 oz | ice |
| 6 | seedless green grapes |
| 1 3/4 oz | green tea concentrate |
Salted cold foam

| 17 fl oz | hot water |

- Glass
- Blender
- Knife
- Whipped cream siphon
- Kettle
- Strainer
To-Do List
Tea concentrate:
- Brew the tea in hot water for 8 min
- Strain out the leaves
- Dilute with ice
- Store in the fridge until ready to use
For the cold foam:
- Blend salted cold foam ingredients together, then add to a whipped cream siphon
- Dispense gas into siphon, shake and set aside
For the drink:
- Cut the green grapes into small chunks and add to bottom of glass
- Add green tea concentrate
- Blend the rest of the ingredients and pour into the glass
- Finish with salted cold foam
