| 1,4 oz | cold brewed matcha |
Fig leaf syrup

| 2-3 g | matcha powder |
| 5-10 g | agave syrup (optional)to taste |

| 30 g | cold water |

- Saucepan and stovetop
- Cocktail shaker
- Whisk + bowl

To-Do List
For the cold brewed matcha (1 portion):
- Sieve the matcha into a bowl or cocktail shaker
- Add all other ingredients
- Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec
For the cold brewed matcha (multiple portions):
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend on low speed for approx 20–30 sec until no matcha lumps are left
- Chill immediately
For the fig leaf syrup:
- Wash the fig leaves and put them into a container
- Add sugar and water to a pan
- Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar
- Pour the hot sugar syrup over the fig leaves
- Leave to cool then refrigerate for at least 4 hours
- Remove leaves and store refrigerated
For the drink:
- Fill a glass with ice
- Add 3/4 oz fig leaf syrup to a glass
- Top with Oatly Barista Edition
- Finish with cold brewed matcha
