| 1 3/4 oz | lychee juiceor 3/4 oz lychee syrup |
| 1 3/4 oz | oolong concentrate |
| 3 1/2 oz | water |
| g | oatly jelly

| 17 fl oz | hot water |

- Saucepan and stovetop
- Fine mesh strainer

To-Do List
Tea concentrate:
- Brew the tea in hot water for 8 min
- Strain out the leaves
- Dilute with ice
- Store in the fridge until ready to use
For the Oatly jelly:
- Add water, sugar and agar agar to a pan and bring to a boil, whisking constantly
- Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat
- Add the Oatly Barista Edition and whisk well to mix
- Strain into a container and refrigerate for 1–2 hours
For the drink:
- Add 1 1/2 oz of Oatly Jelly into a glass
- Top with ice
- Add lychee juice/syrup and oolong concentrate to finish
- Drink through a big straw
