| 10 ml | vanilla syrup |
| 5 g | toasted breadcrumbs |
| 50 ml | banana cream

| 5 g | sugar to brûlée |

- Electric mini whisk
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Glass
- Kitchen blow torch
To-Do List
- Whip up Oatly Organic Creamy Oat and banana puree with an electric mini whisk and set aside
- Shake breadcrumbs, Oatly Barista, vanilla syrup, salt and ice together
- Fine strain into a glass
- Gently pour banana cream on top
- Sprinkle the sugar on the banana cream and brûlée with a blow torch.
