| 30 g | vegan white chocolate chipsor 15 ml white chocolate syrup |
| 50 ml | boiling water |
| 40 ml | cold brewed white tea |
| Small pinch of salt | |
Pomelo cold foam

| 2-3 g | cold brewed white tea |
| 5-10 g | agave syrup (optional)to taste |
| 0,1 g | salt(small pinch) |
| 30 ml | cold water |
Tools
- Cocktail shaker
- Whisk + bowl
- or Blender
- Glass
- Foaming toolsiphon/electric mini whisk/spindle mixer/blender)
To-Do List
For the cold brewed white tea (1 portion):
- Sieve the tea into a bowl or cocktail shaker
- Add all other ingredients
- Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec
For the cold brewed white tea (multiple portions):
- Add all ingredients to a tall container
- Blend with an immersion blender until there are no matcha lumps left
For the drink:
- Foam the pomelo cold foam ingredients together using your preferred foaming tool
- Mix the vegan white chocolate chips, salt and boiling water to a smooth mixture
- Add the Oatly Barista Edition and stir
- Fill a glass with ice
- Pour in the white chocolate Oatly mix
- Top with cold brewed white tea
- Finish with pomelo cold foam
