1,4 fl ozcold brewed matcha
Apricot & thyme puree
  • 3,5 oz tinned apricots with liquid
  • 0,05 oz fresh thyme leaves
  • 1,7 oz sugar
Ice
Cold brewed matcha (ingredients per portion):

0,1 ozmatcha powder
0,2-0,4 fl ozagave syrup (optional)to taste
0,004 ozsalt(small pinch)
1 fl ozcold water

Tools

  • Glass
  • Blender
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Whisk + bowl
    • or Blender

To-Do List

For the cold brewed matcha (1 portion):

  1. Sieve the matcha into a bowl or cocktail shaker​
  2. Add all other ingredients​
  3. Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec​

For the cold brewed matcha (multiple portions):

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend on low speed for approx 20–30 sec until no matcha lumps are left
  3. Chill immediately

For the puree:

  1. Blend everything together
  2. Store

For the drink​:

  1. Add 1 oz apricot & thyme puree to glass
  2. Fill glass with ice
  3. Add Oatly Barista Edition
  4. Finish with cold brewed matcha​
